WE ARE ESTABLISHING SUCCESSFUL REAL ESTATE FUNDS, EST. IN 2014

We establish, manage and successfully close funds and deliver return to our investors. We establish funds for a predetermined investment horizon so that we can meet investment objectives of our investors within one investment cycle.

WE ARE GROWING AND EVOLVING

The AUM of the currently open fund ARETE III is EUR 227 million, with a target volume of EUR 500 million. Its portfolio includes 11 parks, with 18 creditworthy tenants, 201 thousand m2 of leasable space and space under construction. We build our logistics and industrial parks to a high technological and environmental standard. We are one of the first so called "light green" real estate funds according to the European SFDR directive, in line with our ESG strategy. Our plans for the future are no different. In addition to growing our portfolio and fund value, we plan to expand our activities to include new funds.
